The search for simplicity is the basis of our cuisine; the protagonists are the products of the Apulian territory, expertly worked in order to enhance the products of our land with some small concessions to products from outside the region.
From the collaboration with the Ulisse Cooking School of Lecce, the idea of a 'farmhouse' kitchen was born which, while respecting the flavors of tradition, adopts contemporary techniques and tools, such as low temperature cooking or vacuum storage.
We will not amaze you with 'dollies' of raw seafood (we prefer reclaimed products) or exotic ingredients (we believe in small local producers), but with authentic flavors to be enjoyed in the tranquility of an ancient farmhouse, among ancient stones and the song of cicadas!
